Data Deletion Policy

We respect your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data collected by Boyes Design through our website, ads, and lead forms.

What data we may hold

  • Details you submit (name, email, phone, project info, budget, timeline)

  • Website interactions (pages viewed, forms started/submitted, ad clicks)

  • Advertising identifiers and event data from Meta/Google (for measurement & optimisation)

How to request deletion

You can use either method:

  1. Online form (fastest): submit at /privacy-request (choose “Delete my data”).

  2. Email: send an email to privacy@boyesdesign.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

Include: your full name, email/phone used with us, and any details that help us locate your data.

What we delete

If we can verify your identity, we will delete or permanently de-identify:

  • CRM/lead records and form submissions

  • Analytics & advertising identifiers associated with you in our systems

  • Email marketing records (and unsubscribe you)

What we may retain (limited)

We may keep minimal data where required by law, to prevent fraud/abuse, or to maintain accounting/audit trails (e.g. invoices). Anything retained is strictly limited and access-restricted.

Third-party platforms

We also pass limited event data to partners (e.g. Meta, Google) to measure and improve ads. Where possible, we will forward or trigger deletion requests with those partners tied to your identifiers.

Timing

We’ll acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days (often sooner). If we need more time, we’ll let you know.

Identity verification

To protect you, we may ask you to confirm control of the email or phone provided with your request.
